About the Project
Flip was built out of frustration with heavyweight video editors and complicated screen-recording software. Whether you are launching on Product Hunt, creating social media teasers, or documenting feature PRs, showcasing your work shouldn't require a professional motion design background. Our mission is simple: transform static product screenshots into smooth, cinematic video presentations in seconds without sacrificing aesthetic control or speed.
Privacy & Data Safety
We believe your unreleased product demos and proprietary designs belong entirely to you. Flip is architected as a 100% local, browser-first workspace powered by WebAssembly and client-side rendering engines. When you drop images onto the canvas or compile high-resolution MP4s and GIFs, zero files are ever transmitted to external cloud servers or stored in remote databases. Your files, assets, and rendering pipeline live strictly inside your computer's active RAM and disappear the moment you close your tab.
What's Upcoming
We are constantly iterating on core performance and design flexibility during this beta preview. Our immediate roadmap includes customizable transition curves, interactive text callout layers, cursor animation simulation, device frame wrappers, and preset templates tailored for major social networks and app store requirements. If you have specific workflow requests or encounter edge-case rendering bugs, reaching out via our direct feedback chat directly shapes what we ship next.
